<p>Erika Glenn is an award-winning healthcare executive with a unique blend of expertise across care management, pharmacy manufacturing, IT strategy, and solution development. With this background, Erika is a passionate champion for the end-to-end client experience with an emphasis on member-centric innovation and value-driven solutions.</p> <p>As the VP and General Manager, Care Management for CVS Health, Erika is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the care management portfolio which spans solutions for diabetes, population health and rare and complex conditions. This includes oversight of product development and strategy, operations, clinical integrity, and sales and account management.</p> <p>Erika has been with CVS since 2014 and previously led IT strategy and delivery for Accordant and Novologix. Prior to joining CVS, Erika held numerous leadership roles spanning IT, project management and revenue cycle in a large health system in the southeast.</p> <p>Erika holds a Bachelors of Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis on Public Administration and Political Science from Winston Salem State University.</p> <p>Beyond her professional responsibilities, Erika is mother of 3, a wife, and loves to travel.</p>

<p>Kirk Widner is the Senior Director of PBM Care Management Services and is responsible for Accordant’s clinical and member engagement operations for rare and complex programs. After he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Georgia, he started his career in the U.S. Army Nurse Corps. He has over 25 years of combined experience in clinical delivery, population health management, project and product management and consulting.<br /> &nbsp;</p> <p>Mr. Widner has been with the CVS Health enterprise for more the 17 years, which includes leadership roles in Aetna, Inc. and ActiveHealth Management in care management operations, product development, implementation and quality, compliance and accreditation. Prior to CVS Health, he worked in healthcare consulting with the U.S. and International governments and disability management services.<br /> &nbsp;</p> <p>Mr. Widner obtained his MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. He grew up in Colquitt, Georgia and currently resides in Ashburn, Virginia, a suburb of Washington, DC., with his family.</p>

<p>Dr. Krueger is the Medical Director for Accordant Health Services and is responsible for the company's Medical Affairs Department. He was previously employed by SHPS, Inc., where he served as the Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer for National Health Services with responsibility for developing and establishing clinical policies and strategic quality initiatives. Prior to SHPS, he was with Humana Health Plans, Inc. from 1993 through 2002, as both a provider and Medical Director in the corporate office. He had direct responsibility for Transplant Management, Technology Assessment, and was Medical Director in support of Corporate Pharmacy Management.</p> <p>Dr. Krueger is trained and board certified in internal medicine and has served on several professional committees. He earned his degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin, completed his Internal Medicine residency at Gundersen Medical Foundation in Wisconsin, and is a fellow of the American College of Physicians.</p>

<p>As Chief Nursing Officer for Accordant Health Services, Angela Inman supports professional development activities, clinical excellence initiatives, clinical advisors and the health informatics team supporting program maintenance and new program development. Ms. Inman has 20 years of rare condition management holding positions as Case Manager, Manager, and Director of Clinical Operations prior to assuming her current role.</p> <p>Ms. Inman is a Registered Nurse, holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management and is a Certified Case Manager. She has worked in various clinical settings including gastroenterology, orthopedics, women’s services as well as utilization and case management for a health insurance company. She is a member of the American Nurses Association and the American Organization of Nurse Executives.</p>

<p>As Director of Quality and Accreditation, Katrina Rorer is responsible for quality program activities, accreditation, training and continuing education, and the nursing licensure team.</p> <p>Ms. Rorer has been with CVS for 15 years, holding positions as a Complex Case Manager, Quality Reviewer, and Clinical Outcomes Manager, prior to assuming her current role.</p> <p>Ms. Rorer has an associate degree in nursing with over 27 years of experience in various clinical settings including post anesthesia care, critical care, and cardiology. Additionally, she holds Case Management and Health Coaching certifications.</p>
